On February 19, 2025, Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of the King of Bahrain, presided over the opening ceremony of the Bahrain International Garden Show 2025. The event was attended by various Bahraini ministers and foreign ambassadors to Bahrain.

On this occasion, Mr. Manachai Watthanawongsarat, the Minister Counsellor, introduced the Thai Pavilion, which featured 16 Thai public agencies and private companies.

The Thai Pavilion is the largest international pavilion at the Bahrain International Garden Show 2025, aligning with policies to promote the export of agricultural products, food, and halal goods in the GCC. It also highlights Thailand's agricultural expertise and reinforces its image as the "Kitchen of the World" among the Bahraini public and the wider GCC community.
