H.E. Shaikha Maram bint Isa Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of the National Initiative for Agricultural Development (NIAD) of Bahrain, along with H.E. Ambassador Sumate Chulajata, inaugurated the Thai Pavilion at the Bahrain International Garden Show 2025. Members of the Bahrain Garden Club, along with H.E. Mrs. Anne Jalando-on-Louis, the Philippine Ambassador, and H.E. Mrs. Nazirah Zaini, Brunei Chargé d'Affaires, also attended the event.

H.E. Ambassador Chulajata highlighted the significance of the participation of 16 Thai public and private entities in the Pavilion. The Pavilion showcased the theme of "Thainess with Innovation and Creation," featuring halal innovations, food and agricultural products, as well as various plants and flowers from Thailand.

The Ambassador emphasized the Royal Thai Government's commitment to promoting food and agricultural exports to Bahrain and the GCC region. He also expressed Thailand's readiness to enhance cooperation in food and agriculture with Bahrain to ensure food security.
